Bill's career encompasses executive positions in national and international companies, held corporate partner and sole ownerships, and industry consulting services focused on facility maintenance. He has a highly regarded industry reputation with 40 years of exceeding customer expectations in managing assignments nationwide. Bill's development of a successful third-party auditing system providing independent observations and highly detailed data collection offers a collaboration process between facility management and their vendors, resulting in quality improvement.
Brandon's carreer in the janitorial field started 20 years ago when he started a small owner operated floor care business in Las Vegas. That business is now recognized as one of the leaders in quality janitorial and floorcare services.
Bill recruited Brandon because of his knowledge of new technologies and processes within the field.
When he is not working Brandon enjoys spending time with his wife Tara and two sons Eli and Zayn.
Following a career in law enforcement as a police lieutenant, Jeff started a new career with ABM Industries as Vice President of Quality Control in the United States and Canada, involved in security, sustainability, and managing websites for ABM. While at ABM, Jeff worked with two associates and created 360 Facility software which became the platform for assessing quality in all facilities managed by ABM & JLL worldwide. In 2018 Jeff retired from ABM Industries and was contacted by another former Vice President at ABM Industries (Bill) to manage software for conducting APPA Audits at the Chicago Public Schools and the Detroit Public Schools. Jeff is married to his 7th-grade sweetheart
Chris has worked in the Building Services Industry for almost 50 years in the commercial, educational, and health care industries. He has held several positions from Account Executive, Sales Manager, Regional Vice President and Executive Vice President. In 2007 he founded the Metropolitan Building Services Companies consisting of Janitorial, Parking, Window Cleaning, and Parking Services.
Kristyn brings years of administrative experience to the team. Her daily roles include scheduling, and monitoring the audits as they happen in real time, payroll, and ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local jurisdictions regulations.
